2011-2012 Volunteer Hours

Another school year is coming to a clse. This is just a reminder that you must log your volunteer hours before the end of May. Here’s how:

If you have been tracking your hours at home, please send your form to the school ASAP. If you don’t have volunteer hours from at home, you can download one here: http://bit.ly/volunteer-form
Stop by the school and fill out your form inside the volunteer hours book. It’s located just outside the gym.

Do you need more hours? There are still plenty of opportunities to complete your required 35 hours.

Fly Over / Fly Away – We need help with set up, hosting the event, and clean up. Please contact Carissa Cruz at carissacruz@aol.com for details.
Box Tops – This is the last call for this school year. If you paste 25 on a page (found to the right sidebar here) or put 50 in a bag, that counts as 1 hour.
Authors Tea – May 16th, contact your child’s teacher for details.
Field Day – May 18th Primary Students / May 21st, Elementary Students
Have lunch with your child.
Observe or assist in the classroom.
Remember, anything you do at the school or for the school counts!!!

Fly Over/Fly Away Volunteers

Can you believe the year has come and gone already!! We are gearing up to celebrate our Kindergartners & 4th Graders as they participate in Fly Over/Fly Away.

Fly Over/Fly Away is Wednesday May 23rd.

We will need help with food prep on Tuesday night, May 22nd. Also Wednessday morning and afternoon work shifts that day of FOFA.
